Withdrawal notice

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Denvo LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States, email: contact@memorabley.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter or an email. You may use the model below for that; it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original payment, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result.

With the reimbursement, what the purchase unlocked ends: a page falls back to its previous plan, a subscription ends.

Purchases in the app are concluded through the App Store. The store's terms apply to withdrawal and refunds there; you request a refund from Apple.
